The Robison Pool, which is located at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) is an NCAA regulated competitive swimming pool. The pool has long suffered from issues with temperature fluctuations both water and air temperatures, high chloramine levels, which is an irritant to both swimmers and spectators, and high energy usage.

Included in the Guth DeConzo transportation portfolio are major renovations at Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal C.

Guth DeConzo performed a turn key lighting project for the NYS Museum. As part of the lighting scope, over 2,000 lighting fixtures were upgraded to LED fixtures throughout the Museum.

Guth DeConzo provided turn key services (energy study, design, and construction management) for the Rockland Psychiatric Center. This project consisted of renovations to the Center’s Mid-Rise Building, the Nathan Kline Institute, the Mid-Hudson Forensic Correctional Institute, as well as the Rockland and Schmitz location.
