Brendon specializes in central plant systems, chilled water and air distribution, and energy optimization strategies that balance efficiency with constructability. His leadership ensures seamless coordination across disciplines and adherence to sustainability and performance targets within complex facility environments.

With over 20 years of experience leading complex MEP/FP design and construction projects across the U.S. and international markets, Hassan specializes in systems integration, digital delivery, and energy optimization. His leadership combines strategic project oversight with a commitment to innovation, constructability, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
Santiago Balbin, PE
Santiago Balbin, PEPrincipal Engineer
Licensed plumbing and fire protection engineer with more than 12 years of experience designing code-compliant, high-performance systems for aviation, commercial, and institutional projects. Santiago leads the firm’s Plumbing and Fire Protection department, overseeing system design from schematic through construction administration. His work focuses on hydraulic modeling, DEP/DOB submissions, sprinkler and standpipe sizing, and QA/QC coordination within large-scale airport and mixed-use developments.
Eugene Moretti

Electrical engineer and principal with over 25 years of experience in power distribution, lighting, and mission-critical infrastructure design. Eugene oversees electrical systems development for aviation, healthcare, and higher education facilities, ensuring system reliability, code compliance, and energy efficiency. His work integrates redundant power systems, generator design, and advanced lighting controls through BIM-enabled coordination and rigorous quality control.
